Please include your name, contact details, a summary of your concern, any relevant dates or documents, and what outcome you are seeking.
We will acknowledge receipt of your data protection complaint within 30 days.
We will then investigate the matter fairly and proportionately. This may include reviewing relevant records, systems, correspondence, privacy notices, policies or internal procedures.
We will respond without undue delay and explain the outcome of our investigation. Where appropriate, we will also explain any steps we have taken or intend to take.
If you are unhappy with our response, or you believe your data protection rights have not been handled properly, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
